AMEX AEIPS cards

Test cards profiles collection added into iso8583.info online library.

Search by labels allow to filter cards using different criteria like Offline Data Authentication (SDA, DDA, CDA), CA Public Key length, Cardholder Verification Method (CVM), PAN and PIN lengths, possible Card Entry.

As a first step added AMEX AEIPS test cards from the next sets:
- AEIPS Standard set: Test cards 10, 11, 12, 13, 14. Several ISO 7813 and ANSI X4.16 Magnetic Swipe profiles.
- AEIPS GLOBAL: Test cards from 20 to 33.
- AEIPS STP: Card profiles used for Stand-in Processing (STP) test cases.

At the site services environment these cards profiles will be used for test transactions processing and card vaildation at online hosts simulators.
AMEX GCAG host simulator already check AEIPS PANs, validate ARQC and calculate ARPC at the reply message.
