UnionPay CUPS Online messages upgrade and host simulator

China UnionPay (UnionPay International) CUPS Online host simulation added into iso8583.info hosts environment.

It is UnionPay customized financial protocol messages implementation based on ISO8583-1987.
The fields required for authorisation host simulation were defined as well as most of sub-fields. The message specification updated to the latest available.

Authorisation, Sale, Reversals and few Network messages already supported.
Online PIN processing require to implement Key exchange procedure. Without it Online PIN transaction can be approved basing on known cards without PIN validation.
