Online tools processing logs and stats

Processing log, stats and data checking rate added to online tools (data parsers and host simulators).
"Warnings" and "Notifications" messages available for authorised users and will be listed in the log section.

For sample, for online test hosts:
- detect test cards,
- match known tests,
- detect payment scheme's related method and cryptography algorithms,
- validate ARQC and calculate ARPC cryptograms,
- process Host-side test cases' validations.

Also data quality rate calculated for processed data.
For the moment only fields with lookup tables used in the quality rate.
Known lookup values rated as passed point. Unknown values as failed point.
Later will be added expected data format checking and message content (Optional, Mandatory fields, etc). Anything else? Let me know.
