MasterCard M-TIP 2.0 Test Cases, M-TIP and Interop subsets

MasterCard's M-TIP 2.0 (build 215) M-TIP and Interop subsets tests definitions attached to iso8583.info.
The correspondent test flows are available for all supported hosts.

- tests detected by Card PAN, amounts, transaction types, etc.
- ARQC validation and ARPC calculation for several cryptogram types.
- Issuer test scripts - almost available for all M-TIP and Interop scenarios.

- Test cryteria validation - partially implemented for host side.
