Verifone VIPA Tags

Verifone VIPA 7816 Interface Specification tags parser added into online library.

These tags used in Verifone Integrated Payment Application (VIPA) API to setup and manage terminals features.

Most of standard EMV and ISO7816 tags presented in the VIPA APDU traces, so, EMV used as the base and extended with VIPA tags.
VIPA tags use the core BER-TLV encoding.

At the site services environment these tags will be used as core for VIPA API APDU traces analyze.
