Global Platform Shell (GPShell) script log support for APDU parsers

Support to breakdown Global Platform Shell (GPShell) logs added to all onsite APDU parsers tools.

GPShell tool is script interpreter which talks to GlobalPlatform (GP) smart cards, but actually can be used to send any APDU commands to smart card.

Supported lines to get APDU data for parsing:
- 'card_connect' - New session with card.
- 'Command -->' - APDU Request hexadecimal string.
- 'Response <--' - APDU Response hexadecimal string.

Unsupported APDU Instructions will not be processed.
