VocaLink LIS5 Switch service message

VocaLink LIS5 Switch Service Interchange Standard message parser added into iso8583.info tools.

LIS5 Switch interface specification based on ISO8583-1987 standard with customized fields placed in 3 bitmaps.
ICC tags placed in 3rd bitmap instead of usual ISO8583 Data Element field 55.
Current onsite LIS5 message parser can dissect and check generic format message and values.

Messages used by members of LINK Scheme in UK for different Gateway Services and financial data transfer.
It support ATM, POS, Banking, Mobile and other services.
