Amex Expresspay cards simulation at our HCE Bridge application

AMEX Expresspay test cards (XP) released and simulation available via iso8583.info Host Card Emulation (HCE) bridge application.

At the moment only Expresspay cards can be simulated. Contactless-mobile XP card simulation under development.

Application available on Google Play for Android devices with HCE.

Minor changes to interface:
- Fresh card list taken from the iso8583.info service portal.
- New card profiles will be available for emulation without Android application upgrade.
- More labels to filter cards.
- Favorite cards selection.
