Discover Authorization Interface messages and host simulator

Discover Financial Services (DFS) Authorisation Interface (AI) messages parser and host simulation added into iso8583.info hosts environment.

It is customized financial protocol messages implementation based on ISO8583-1987.
The message fields required for authorisation host simulation were defined as well as most sub-fields.

At the moment added support of MTI-0100/MTI-0110 messages which allow to get Contact EMV D-PAS and Contactless CD-PAS cards authorisations.
Contact and Contactless D-PAS, Acquirer-Terminal End-to-End Test cases will be added later.
