Elavon ISO Protocol messages

Elavon ISO Protocol (EISOP) ISO8583 messages parser added into iso8583.info tools.
The communication messages based on ISO8583-1993 standard, unfotunately, there are many tricky fields formats not compatible with the source specification.

Data Elements inside the message placed in two bitmaps and almost fully defined according to available specification.
TLV subtagged elements available inside DE048, DE055, DE060, DE061 and DE063.
The functionality of messages cover common POS related work flows in Elavon's Europe acquired countries.
