AMEX Expresspay Cards v2.0

AMEX Global Expresspay EMV Terminal End to End Test cards (XP) v2.0 added to iso8583.info.

It is extension of test cards used in Expresspay E2E test plan v1.6.

Test cards can be simulated in HCEbridge android phone application. This time added Expresspay Mobile card profiles with on Mobile Device CVM. Few new profiles used for European SCA-PSD2 and Amex contactless DRL test cases.

These cards can be authorised our test hosts simulators.
