HCE Bridge application update

HCEbridge android application to iso8583.info test card profiles updated on Google Play.

Added card info reading feature based on Contactless Payment applications flows with EMVCo Entry Point and Contactless Kernels.
At the moment Visa EMVCo Kernel C-3 (PayWave) implemented with PPSE selection, AID selection and GPO APDU commands execution.

The update to card reading procedures will be added at the iso8583.info service. It is host based service with analysis and decision.
APDU traces added to user history page.

The communication protocol to the HCE test cards and card info reading changed.
