VISA Global Level 3 cards, Build 020 update

Updated VISA-L3 Global Level 3 cards to build 020.

In this update was added NFC test cards examples with VISA PLUS, Interlink, US Debit and FLEET card applications. Cards used with PSD2/SCA host replies.

At the site environment these cards profiles used for test transactions processing and card validation at online hosts and can be simulated with HCEbridge application.
