AMEX L3 Expresspay EMV Terminal End to End Test cards (EP) Build v004 added to iso8583.info.

These EP Amex Expresspay contactless test cards replacing the deprecated XP test cards.

At the site environment these cards profiles used for test transactions processing and card validation at online hosts and can be simulated with HCEbridge application.
