CardLink feature

CardLink feature sharing access to the card from NFCreader android application to iso8583.info services.

The current implementation plan for the CardLink tools:
- Info view of the shared cards in user's area.
- APDU scripts execution to the remote card.
- GlobalPlatform (GP) / JavaCards management.
- ICC Solutions / ICCSim scripted cards management.
- Sharing card to HCEbridge android application for simulation.

Card info view and APDU scripts execution already available for service members.
